I don’t know how the MSM will characterize it, but anyone who watched this charade will see a Special Counsel who is incompetent and unaware of what is in his report. Ratcliffe supplied the mic drop moment of the hearing and summed it all up perfectly. If I were the Reps, I would put his 5 minute interview on a loop.
The Dems theme is no one above the law. Ratcliffe made the counterpoint that no one is below the law either. The President deserves the same standard as everyone else.
