You do know that those employees gave those statements to the police. It’s been reported that there is store video to back them up. So not just faulty eyewitness statements.
I’ve taken plenty of statements from witnesses. Plenty. And unlike the fed’s, local cops aren’t going to charge anyone with “lying to law enforcement”.
THEY BOTH ADMIT, IN THEIR STATEMENTS TO POLICE, THEY DIDN’T HEAR THE WHOLE THING.
And I do not care, who said what. All I said, initially, that if there’s a chance he did say it, could he have said it in a way, where he was telling her to go back to the line she came from.
And, being the hoodrat, self important, disgusting POS that she is, not giving a sh*t about the store policy wanted to do it her way. And when called out, knew only one way to “solve” the problem. Fall back to being the lying hoodrat that she is and make a scene. I’ve seen it often while working the projects and I’ve yet to hear anyone ask anything like that.
The video has no audio, for one. Publix hasn’t released the video. The video, if I’m not mistaken, show’s her pointing her finger at the guy and him backing up.
So....she tried to cut the line....she went into hoodrat mode and got in his face...and he was probably a little intimidated by her as she got in his face, b/c he probably wasn’t expecting that kind of reaction.
Either way....neither of the witnesses, as they stated to police, heard everything that was said.
