I say try him as an adult. He is entitled to his day in court. But if he did these things he should be locked up forever. His age means he can’t be executed. But he can be imprisoned for life w/o parole.
I got a better idea... take 10,000 of these people, put them on an island, give them each a dollar, and tell them it takes 10,000 dollars to get off the island...
