I am glad this news report mentioned that this incorrigible teen rapist watched “sexually violent television shows like Criminal Minds and Law and Order SVU.” I’ve sampled those two shows (CBS/NBC, respectively) on occasion and found them unwatchable due to their visually graphic, depraved content. I’m glad someone called them out as a dangerous influence on young people.
Don’t know about TX but TN has a ban on under 18 being sentenced to death. Most they can get is LIFE, they serve up till 18 in Juvy Prison of which we have 1. Then are transferred to the Adult system. And unless it is Expressed LIFE WITH OUT PAROLE they will have parole hearings. Which can be ask for offset max 6 yrs before the next 1. But fight parole hearing you will be doing. Whether it’s a Juvy or a adult with out those words.
WM. Groseclose and 2 others he hired were on TN Death Row, liberal Fed and state justices would not let it happen, finally they were given Live with parole. He let 3 people into his home, snuck his kids out, and the 3 beat, stabbed, Raped you young wife till she was unconscious, they then stuck her body into the trunk of her car and parked it in front of the Main Library where she COOKED to death in the 100+ degree heat. Asshole deserved the death penalty.

A few more conservative appointments to the SCOTUS, and death sentences will be streamlined. 10 years max to accomplish all appeals.
Hard to argue with that assessment.
