Well, a good number of people do die after heart surgery, and being 82 years old doesn’t help. Also, as far as I know, he didn’t have any connection to Hillary, so that typical cause of usual demise is not a factor.

The Cleveland Clinic was several hundred miles away. He was in Cincinnati—which isn’t exactly Podunk.
Bill Paxton died after heart surgery and IIRC he was around 60. Serious surgeries sometimes have serious complications. I am sad to see malpractice if there wasn’t incompetence or malfeasance. As I won’t go to the New York Slimes, I am unclear if either of these incidents were present.

For my heart and intestinal problems I get whisked to the University of Michigan medical center immediately! I live in central lower Michigan. I have Tricare (retired military) and Medicare. They authorize helicopter transportation if necessary.
