Saw the report and the guy identified himself as a lifelong democrat and that he was “Cuban”, not white. The guy is as white as I am. Cuban is not a race or ethnicity, it is a nationality and not all Cubans are black, white, or brown by virtue of being from Cuba.
It is said for years that the Cuban Army is one where the officers are white, the sergeants mulatto, and the private soldiers are black.
