Not just the rats, Bush League Republicans are equally responsible.
GHW Bush began the importation of Somalians and also began the 30 year policy of non-enforcement of laws and borders.
His son continued that policy and Flimsey Grahamnesty and Micro Rubio are STILL working on the final amnesty to complete the Bush Plan for North Mexico.
