Powder Puff Pete is smarter again by half than most of the rest of the D clown car... there is now doubt in my mind about that.. but clearly he’s not ready for prime time... he bought into his own press and now that that 25 minute flash of fame is over he’s showing complete desperation by pandering more and more and just saying outrageous things to get attention.
