George Will tries very hard to be a modern version of William F Buckley.
George Will could not hold Buckley’s water.
Buckley was a real conservative man’s man Alpha male,

Let’s step back a bit.
I will admit, I read this man’s column religiously. Listened to his commentary intensely, and more so than not agreed with him...
Okay, now we have an intelligent man who holds a visceral hatred for Donald Trump, and when you think about it, there are many other seemingly intelligent people, some in our families, who also hate the man.
So, I have to ask myself “why”? Why the hatred, because that’s what it is, a pure unadulterated hatred.
If you listen to what Will says, you would think that he’s talking about the most evil person who has ever entered the White House as President.
I agree with him in one sense, Trump is knocking down institutions and unmasking everyone. There’s no place to hide anymore. He’s drawn out the democratic party for who they are and what they stand for, along with the media, hollywood etc.
So, I agree with Will, that Trump has upset the apple cart, like no other...
But is it bad?
I admire people like Lou Dobbs, Victor Davis Hanson, Laura INgraham, Hannity, and of course Rush and many others. These people all support, love, admire and hold a completely different opinion of Trump.
Like many if not all of us here on this forum, they enjoy, relish even laugh at and with Trump.
The other side, are mean, ugly, hateful. I can’t imagine getting up every morning feeling like this.
Since Trump came to office, life is good. Coffee has never tasted better!!!!
More importantly he's exposed the Republican Party as the globalist free trading cheap labor express loser party.

I had a George Will thing going on for a while. Preparation H fixed it and my George Will hasn’t been back.
