b/ aside from irony, I think “Compliance” is related to Baltimore PD having to comply with some Fed lawsuit, where they are overseen by the DOJ. Wonder if he’s a paper pusher or actually hands on making sure the Baltimore PD doesn’t “infringe” on the rights of the SCUM WHO JUST ROBBED HIM...

Maybe the cops have backed off too since they can go to prison for doing their jobs. I certainly would if I had the misfortune to be a cop there.
