Yeah, I noticed it in the image link, LOL
I’m no mechanical engineer, but I believe the fulcrum effect of the elbow on the table allows for more efficient shoveling of the food.
Perhaps there’s a more accurate term for the process.
(Yes, I’m sick of all the damage that she and her Manchurian Candidate hubby did to the United States of America)
