LaPierre has been in far too long. These organizations need to shake up leadership on a regular basis before corruption sets in and people get too comfortable. Too much money flying around. Evidently, Wayne has bought a lot of allies inside the organization. They had better get a handle on this quickly.

This reminds me of the Cincinnati Revolt when Neal Knox raised hell and shook up the organization.

I agree. It's time for him to go. That's why they may end up more powerful than ever.

The NRA needs to focus on the root of all gun control. The NFA and the GCA is a lie and it must be repealed in it's entirety. All gun control stems from the acceptance of the NFA as legitimate constitutional law. It's all a lie and the people must know the truth. Ask yourself, why do the police need full auto military weapons? Why do non military federal agents and state and local police have thousands of MILITARY weapons yet those same weapons are banned from the citizens? Does anyone think this is what the framers had in mind when the added they wrote the 2nd amendment?

Many of us are demanding a full accounting of NRA books. A thorough audit done by an outside, independent, recognized CPA firm. My checkbook has no check stubs to NRA in months now. Not since this mess broke out. $40 million to an advertising firm in one year? One lawyer drew a $million bucks for one year's work? What the hell is going on up there? New need answers, now.

This mess needs to be resolved before active campaigning begins for 2020 election! Last thing we need now is for the NRA to be eating its own...
