He still hasn’t been tried for his aiding and meeting with North Vietnam, while still a commissioned officer in the Navy on top of that.
I agree. What he did was the essence of treason. Although not declared, a state of war has existed between our countries since the presidency of Jimmy Carter. They killed our soldiers in Iraq.
