Former Rep. John Delaney (Md.) is denying a report that his campaign staff asked him to drop out of the Democratic presidential primary.

A report in Axios on Friday morning said Delaney's senior team sat down with him on July 9 and told him to drop out of the race by mid-August.

The outlet also reported that Delaney, who was the first Democratic candidate to announce a campaign, 721 days ago, has spent $19 million on the campaign trail.

“721 days and $19,000,000 and zero results. Definitely time to quit”

unless he’s trying to beat Yeb’s record for the most spending with the least results ...

“he’s polling around zero, and perhaps there’s no real point for him to continue”

But he already spent $19 million. And he said he is not going to quit.

I hope he continues and wastes even more money.

Delaney?

When did this guy show up?

Never heard of him but then I haven't heard of at least half of the democRAT candidates for president either. We need a program like they have at the track for betting on the dogs.

Talk about $19 million big ones being thrown down a RAT hole.

Thanks.

I thought that some data recently posted, showed that Betamax polled below 1% in a poll.
