Clear-cut logged? I doubt it. Forest management practices have improved substantially since the 1870's.

Also, since TP goes down when flushed the carbon goes with it...not into the air...and you just know they are counting that too not just the pollution from the mill.

Clear-cut is still standard practice, except it’s done in checkerboard pattern so the cut sections are at different levels of maturity. It isn’t like the old days when’s hundreds of square miles were cut.
