As I understand it, they are alleging her original surname is Elmi but she used her assumed name Omar to marry her genetic brother (surname Elmi), not a “brother” of the assumed family.

She would still be guilty of fraud in the immigration process. That is a punishable crime and I believe subject to deportation

Not so fast. She married the second while she was still legally married to the first, and they all lived together. And, she's a tax fraudster.
