Every single politician is 100% in the pay of their lobbyists. The lobbyists are on the lobbyists side only. And their interests and thus every politicians interests are almost always against the citizens interests. So yes, Trump has to do everything himself, because being a non globalist, non cronyist, he has just about zero friends in government because he doesn’t want or need their money and not only are they not his friends, but they work to sabotage his agenda because he is an existential threat to their endless free taxpayer money fountain.
