Wife and I dropped our subscription when Netflix hooked up with Obama and started all of the faggot, anti american offerings. I kill terrorists and will not trade with them.

I like history and therefore a lot of the history shows that Netflix puts out ought to appeal to me, but unfortunately, graphic presentation of the sex act seems to be worked into every “historical” piece Netflix puts out. Why exactly do we have to observe Nicholas II banging his wife? Creepy.
I signed up for Netflix in March, but so many sex scenes. You want a sex scene? Make love to your wife tonight, ——and please do NOT record it.
Meh. We only have Netflix because a buddy of mine has it, so we’re on his bonus family account.
Then we have Hulu for the wife, and Amazon prime video because it auto-comes with shipping Prime.
And yet, it is amazing how many movies aren’t on any of them, or require an ‘elite’ or ‘premium’ subscription to watch. Scrolling through, there’s maybe 2-3 shows i would watch, and only a handful of movies (that we’ve already seen - since the wife just had the kid, I’ve watched more TV in the past two weeks than I have in the two years before that!). So yea, The only reason I would have ANYTHING beyond plain internet is the wife..
I canceled. Tube has most of the same stuff and it’s free. You just have to put up with those shameless capitalistic commercials.

Netflix is going to lose THE OFFICE and that’s a good % of their viewing hours.
All the companies are creating their own platforms and pulling it from Netflix. Netflix is also expensive. Going to be tough for them.

Several years ago Netflix had a great selection streaming older British period pieces,,some known, some unknown. Very clean and decent movies and such good acting, script, etc., being British, of course.
Then Netflix quit offering these for streaming, got harder to find anything worthwhile. And lately, as you said, their new period pieces are filled with sex, nudity, characters acting like they were born in the 21st century with their attitudes, etc., etc. Really has gone downhill the last few years.
The best thing Netflix has done lately is “The Crown” series (though they threw in some unnecessary stuff in that too, but overall the series is excellent in every way). I’ve patiently been waiting for Season 3 to start, only reason I still had Netflix...got tired of waiting. I cancelled Netflix this week.
Looks like I’ll be getting a new slew of “Come back” e-mails. Don’t waste your time...I’m not coming back.

Nothing to do with the plot-line...they just like to rub our faces in it.
I am nowhere near being a prude but I am sick of trying to find movies and shows that don't have graphic sex scenes.
Hollywood is so bereft of ideas and good actors they use sex to replace great writing and good acting. It is a true turnoff.
