If the Senate tables the impeachment resolution no one can force it to trial. Would this be one of those so-called “Constitooshunal Crisis” we keep hearing about?

It is up to the Senate to try the case. Then two-thirds of the Senate on the impeachment vote. I can’t see it happening, no hope. This is just theater to smear our favorite guy.
