This has become INSANITY a country that has not been racist for a couple of decades is NOW turning people racist because they believe they DESERVE special treatment due to their color!!! Nah. If a person is a racist they are a racist and nobody will ‘turn them into’ a racist. But these people are dangerous, pushing division along arbitrary lines such as race or ethnicity or religion. The constant cries of racism over political disagreement undermines real racism like the boy who cried wolf. They cower behind their ‘status’ as ‘women’ of ‘color’ to avoid the hard discussion about what they believe and why. When Trump mocks Pelosi or Biden nobody calls it racist, but when they are criticized they play the race card because this is how they view America and the world - along racial divides - and because it makes a convenient distraction from having to logically and reasonably justify their beliefs. Why defend your beliefs when you can just cry victimhood against all who challenge the beliefs?
America is an ideology not a race. Republicanism is an ideology not a sex. Conservatism is an ideology not a sexual preference. All who support limited government and personal autonomy are welcome in the GOP and conservative movement. Nobody cares what your race, ethnicity, family origin, or sexual partners may be except for these people on the left who use those as wedges to divide the people.
Think about it. Would gay marriage be an issue at all if government never inserted itself into marriage, and taxes, and social security, and inheritance? Gays would have always had the same rights as anyone if not for government deciding who it will allow to marry, who they should tax and how much and to whom should get tax credits, taking funds for social security and other programs, and making rules about who can collect and inherit money with/without tax. Sure, some religions wouldn’t (and still don’t) allow same sex marriage but the key questions of inheritance and social security are what made gay marriage an issue. Government made the problem, and then people spent decades crying about inequality - but that is all government does, create inequalities! And that’s just one example. And these leftists want to stick their noses into everything, every facet of human life - they will only make more problems, they will not solve anything.
The only people who are obsessed with race, religion, sex, sexual identity, origin etc are the left. On the right, it is about what you believe not what label you pin on yourself. But somehow the right are the racists? It’s totally Orwellian.
As an urban teacher, my district is full of administrators just like the squad. Most of what they propose is “anti white”, because these administrators see whiteness as the reason for “children of color” not doing well academically. To them, myself and everything I stand for is racist by virtue of being white. These people are the racists and will not stop until they’ve implemented a system of payback.
