Without Dems providing what the high crimes and misdemeanors are one could be impeached for having bad hair. Sadly, the reality is the DNC/CPUSA party and their fellow leftwing RINOs can use ANY REASON to vote to impeach & convict.
Impeachment is a political process - not a legal process.

The House CANNOT vote to convict, they can vote to impeach however.
Impeachment is like an indictment whereas the trial to convict (or not) is held in the Senate.
