Tell the judge to enforce his decision. I think the President could tell the Commerce Dept to print the forms with the question and eventually get what he wants but he would never do that, he has a hard time following through on a lot of things he tells us he will do.

Your real boss is the person who controls whether you continue to be employed. The judge is the REAL boss.
Trump cannot fire a bureaucrat if he refuses to follow Trumps orders, citing a judge’s ruling. A bureaucrat can be personally sued, or jailed for contempt, for not following a judge’s decision.
The only remedy is to repeal civil service protections. If Trump can fire people, and hire replacements, only then is he really in charge.
