I have run across countless illegals from californicate with drivers licenses. There is a lot of them in Missouri. I would love to see this law passed.

When I was a young man, I predicted that the Dems would live to regret that move and the 21 drinking age (actually, virtually everyone under 25 is an idiot, but I opposed this out of principle). Well...HERE IT IS.

Yes, and I remember that the feds actually put USDOT personnel on overpasses measuring compliance. No compliance=no money.
Yep - took forever to get anywhere...
Many winding country roads are set at 55...was ironic to be able to travel them as fast as on the thruway...
