I’ll add that if it is looking, before the election, pretty strongly like Trump will win, they will start before the election.
They have righteous indignation and use it to justify whatever they are doing. I realized this when I saw a recent story about a guy attacking someone who had a MAGA hat (or bumper sticker). They considered it hate speech so they had a right to do what they did, in the same way you may have the right to shoot a person caught in the act of pedophilia.
It will be interesting to watch the Squad try to impose its will on a party in distress. In the event of diminishing prospects of winning anything what desperate tactics might they resort to?
Bear in mind too that Barr’s report (and other investigations yet to come) will likely inflict lasting damage on the Democrats.
