When illegal immigration was only the problem of border states most of America ignored it because most of America didn’t see what was happening.
That’s why when President Reagan granted amnesty for the 3 million or so that were here then, it wasn’t a big deal to most Americans.
Now, illegals are in every state and the rest of America is taking notice because the invasion is costing them money, increasing crime in their states and bringing down once nice communities.
The question is will they vote against the invasion or will they vote for those who seem more concerned with the illegals than they do citizens?
Not to mention the increased threat of domestic terrorism that followed Reagan's term.
