Just a deplorable observer here, but this seems to me as being disrespectful of people with alternative cultures and lifestyles. Daresay, I’d call it downright intolerant.

If it costs $70,000 per yr per homeless person to care for them then I suggest we give them each $70000 in a lump sum and problem solved.....they will od or otherwise disappear. I know that sounds cruel but why prolong the inevitable?
