Other policies are in the works, that will apply economic incentives.
A big one, is cutting off benefits to illegals. There is a whole class of welfare leeches who might need to head back to mom and dad for free room and board.
Also, there is a proposed big fine for getting caught, which would essentially allow for asset seizure of houses, cars and accounts. Some may choose to cash out before getting caught, if the risk assessment starts rising, depending on their individual circumstances.
Many factors influence the individual’s life choices. As all the incentives get aligned with the outcomes we want, instilling fear and pressure will become more effective.
ICE needs to stake out the safe spaces
That's a BIG part of the problem. They don't want to become Americans, just live like them.
I would think that being a fugitive from a court order would cause you to live in fear every day of the year.
When did we start worrying about criminals being afraid of getting arrested.
I don’t agree. The instant they step out of the sanctuary city they are targets for deportation. They would essentially be prisoners in their own city. Let the libs deal with them in their own backyard. And let it be known that the illegals will face deportation if they leave the city. That way they will voluntarily move to those cities.
There would still be enough illegals in the rest of the country to keep ICE busy.
God forbid we live in a country where law breakers have to live in fear!

ICE can find the safe spaces pretty easily.
Every sanctuary city. Target friendly areas.
Keep telegraphing your dates and methods of attack, then “don’t execute”.
Keep doing this until your enemies get worn down with stress and high level alerts.
Do it for weeks or months to keep them stressed and tired, eventually they are unable to maintain the level of alertness required to effectively respond to the real assault.
Then pick several arbitrary dates and times; disclose the the details to a very few people, the Department heads, the Divisional Commanders, only the people who can ultimately give the “GO ORDER”.
Give each Department Head/Division Commander a different Date/Time, makes it easier to nail down the LEAKERS.
Once you have the leakers identified FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY.
The traitorous news media is a great resource for the last part of the operation.
