Regardless what the Roberts Supreme Court wants everybody to think about Obamacare, post-17th Amendment ratification Democrats and RINOs “forgot” to first successfully petition the states for a healthcare amendment to the Constitution before establishing Obamacare imo.
So hopefully Biden’s Obamacare plan includes proposing a healthcare amendment to the states to make Obamacare constitutional if the states decide to ratify it.
