Washington Gov. Jay Inslee (D) said Saturday that if he is elected president, he will ask soccer player Megan Rapinoe to be his secretary of state.
He said at the progressive Netroots Nation conference that one of his firs acts as president would be to get a secretary of state who embraces world unity and “love rather than hate,” as he rebuked President Trump’s foreign policy.
So I guess that takes care of that!

Jay has spent his entire life currying favor with the “right” people, just enough to get himself elected to various state offices, from which he then dispensed political favors to a larger group of the “right” people. He is, to put it mildly, an intellectual airhead with a great ability to kiss the a**es of the power brokers who have continued to bankroll him because he is so easy to manipulate.
His ignorance is only eclipsed by his highly misplaced arrogance! It would be laughable except for the irreparable harm that he has done to a once beautiful state, which has certainly always tilted left but used to have a stable, practical centrist bent that served all of its citizens well.
