Chapo did have a thing for very young girls.
He met his second wife —the one who gave him twins, which she gave birth to in California, crossing over specifically for that purpose— when she was maybe just 16, and she was a beauty queen.
They both also love jets and they love to party.
Those two guys would be fast friends.
