As I understand it,
In You’re Residence,
Motel Room,Tent or RV
The legal resident is
Within his Right
To have a loaded
Weapon for His Protection.

Except where Prohibited.

From a book entitled;
How to own a gun and
Stay out of Jail.

Deadman Campground. The irony and the jokes just keep burbling up to the surface.

National Park vs. National Forest vs. BLM....very different rules. (for firearms. land use, etc.).

I think the national parks go by the state where they are located. I checked a few years ago and CC at Rocky Mountain National Park was ok if you had a permit valid for Colorado.

The way it is spelled out
Is to “Have” a gun in Your
Residence,on your property.
Once you leave this Space
You could be in violation.

I am not a cop or a lawyer.
I invested 15 bucks for a
Book which points out many
Issues.
You have a specific Problem?

Um, as I said in response to your erroneous assertion that: “handgun + federal property = trouble...” - it’s no longer universally true.

The fact that it’s true in Commiefornia doesn’t make it true everywhere - just as I noted, it’s not UNIVERSALLY TRUE.

Even your own second post reinforces the inaccuracy of your first post, as there are numerous exceptions!

But, I’m glad you finally got around to correcting yourself.

Same here...won’t let it chap my nether region until I hear it’s happening though...seems like we’re hearing a fewer number of the good guys being slammed for defending themselves lately....doesn’t give good optics to the Grabbers’ arguments.
