2. Is human activity causing it?
3. What can be done about it?
Yes, it always has and always will.
No.
Not a damn thing.
Climate is changing on Mars too. And unless one buys into the absurdity that a handful of mostly solar powered rovers the size of tea carts can somehow raise temps on Mars, then factors beyond human control are the cause.
