Justice Department Sat on Mountain of Epstein Evidence for 10 Years
Epoch Times. ^ | July 11, 2019 | Wilson Miller

The New York prosecutors didn’t take action after reading a newspaper article about a game-changing piece of evidence. Compare the 2007 non-prosecution agreement with the new indictment. Both address sex trafficking of children. The Department of Justice (DOJ) has been sitting on mountains of evidence confirming Epstein’s abuse of young girls for more than 10 years.

...

What did the Justice Department have on Epstein? The answers can be found in a 2008 lawsuit in which two of Epstein’s alleged victims in Doe v. U.S. sued the United States for violating their rights under the federal Crime Victims’ Rights Act. In particular, they claimed the government violated their right to confer during the negotiation of the non-prosecution agreement and failed to inform the victims that Epstein’s state plea would end the federal case. The victims also claimed the government “violated their right to be treated with fairness” by concealing the non-prosecution agreement.

...

The volume of evidence that the DOJ had on Epstein and his criminal enterprise was extensive. For example, privilege logs filed by the prosecutors in the Doe case show they had records covering every part of Epstein’s life, including his finances, corporate records, flight logs, and phone calls with conspirators.

When it came to the victims, the evidence was overwhelming. The DOJ had an FBI file entitled “Summary of Sexual Activity,” containing an analysis of victim-specific information. This included a chart showing phone calls, travel, and grand jury evidence relevant to possible charges. Records show this involved at least nine potential victims. The DOJ was also in possession of FBI reports of interviews of victims and witnesses in New York back in March 2008.

...

main Justice was well-informed with the investigation and status of the case.

That red and white pattern can be found on a walkway at a site in Mahdia, Tunisia... The blue or black stripe decoration on doorways is Tunisian as well. I might add Tunisia was one of the few muslim countries with a population of Jews up until the synagogue bombings and the Arab Spring.

Isn’t that the guy who went after Rush Limbaugh for doctor shopping to get pain meds after his back surgery? And the informant was a maid who would go get the stuff...wonder if she was recruited specifically to do that by anyone we know, before or after Limbaugh hired her? As I recall the state’s Dems invented the law they got him on ...customized.

Actress Ellen Barkin:

"Ghislaine Maxwell told me, point-blank, that she was personally flying girls out to Epstein's island."

Yeah, I read that Krischer's going after Rush, and Ann Coulter for allegedly falsifying her Palm Beach County voter’s registration and voting twice, are about the only two things he's known for. Ann was cleared of any charges in her case.

Daniel Greenberg’s article about this should be read by everyone if they haven’t read it yet. Explains a lot. I posted link but will try to find and post again. Okay, found it, will copy entire comment and links:

This is an excellent, well researched article about how Epstain got off with less than a slap on the wrist. This article deserves to be widely read. The short version is that it was not Acosta’s fault.

The current arrest of Epstein is because of investigation at the DOJ that has been going on since Sessions was AG. It’s crimes committed since the first arrest. Complicated investigations take some time. Thus the recent arrest.

That may be true, I don’t know. Nevertheless the investigation could still be attributed to Trump allies, in spite of the attempts by the Media and the Blue Check Mafia to try to stick the scandal to Trump.

The New York prosecutors didn’t take action after reading a newspaper article about a game-changing piece of evidence.

While they are referring to the Federal Prosecutors in NY, where was New York State prosecutors in all this? Like the Florida prosecutors trying to protect a FOB? As the article says, DOJ has had evidence for a decade but nobody moved on it until Trump - be it Sessions or Barr or whomever.

Suspicious. It really doesn't matter if part of Trump team's motivation is political in nature. This is a horrendous crime worthy of prosecution and the real questions that need be asked are why Democrat administrations sat on the case and the evidence. The pedophile was so strident and confident that despite his conviction he still kept thousands of photos in his house!

Until Trump was inaugurated and started to clean up agencies, no one was interested in going after Epstein. Trump and his appointees motivation in going after Epstein and any other human traffickers and pedophiles is not political. It is in pursuit of law and order, and protecting the innocent.

That’s a reasonable hypothesis.

Somebody sent a drone over to take aerial video of the pedo island the other day. The footage is on youtube. They got a close-up inside the window of that structure. There are a couple of soiled mattresses on the floor and it appears to be under construction or remodeling of some kind. Among the many mysteries, one wonders if that room has been used recently at all. It is reported that the dome blew off in the last hurricane.

Trump and his appointees motivation in going after Epstein and any other human traffickers and pedophiles is not political.

They deserve to be prosecuted and justice needs to prevail. And this is consistent with his other actions such as working with the victim's attorneys, kicking him out of Mar-a-Lago, and even the attempts to stem abuse of women and children at the border.

That said I'm not entirely convinced there is no political motivation. There is certainly political advantage to be had. This pedophile is a big Dem supporter, FOB, and appears to have been protected by the establishment media and Dems in FL, NY, CA and DC. Big name Dems continued to hang out with him even after his conviction. Trump's CPAC comment in 2015 that Clinton "is a nice guy but about to have a lot of problems" suggests Trump has had the story in his back pocket the whole time his political enemies have been attacking him, long before he was elected. It is speculation, but the coincidence of the timing coming after the Russia hoax issue has been resolved and heading into the 2020 elections alerts my suspicions. Not that I really care - I certainly do not favor politically motivated prosecutions of any kind but the fact is that this is an egregious case worthy of prosecution, and I fully expect Trump would exact political revenge on his enemies. That's how the game is played. But even had they not gone after Trump so viciously this pedophile needs to be prosecuted and the full extent of his activities and co-conspirators revealed.

Trump doesn’t act against someone because they are a political enemy.

Epstain had dealings with all kinds of people, Dems and Rs, possibly more Dems than Rs.

Epstain’s records and evidence brought out in his trial will spread a very wide net and many will fall with him.

It will be great fun.

“1. Epstein’s home near Santa Fe is “Zorro Ranch”
2. Zorro was played by actor Errol Flynn
3. Flynn was famous for involvement with UNDERAGE GIRLS”

Flynn never played Zorro. Maybe you’re thinking of Douglas Fairbanks.
