You know, I saw a headline about Barr acting as if it was a lost battle. Than I looked at the source … NY Times … yep!

I didn’t see the article. My comment was based on what I heard Barr say in his brief comments after Trump’s yesterday. I understand that just because it’s in court doesn’t mean the matter hasn’t already been settled. I also understand that Barr was supporting the president’s decision for the particular executive action that was taken. Whether or not Barr believes it’s settled law, I don’t know.
