I just bought $10k of appliances and cabinets from HD. Well spent and on sale.

Yeah, most of my home remodeling and additions, including new roof, sun room, garage redo, horse barn, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, from HD.

Also bought stock a few years ago at 140, currently 210 and change.

They do have lots of cheaper throw away stuff as well as more quality stuff.

It depends on what you are willing to spend and how soon you want it.
