It doesn’t matter what the opinion of the American voters hits. Democrats never rule with the tie they always rule against the will of the people. And then they project verbally what they think we should be relieved and the media plays right along. If the question is not on the census then it helps them rule further against the will of the people.

There was a poll from yesterday...black and Latino voters, and around 60-percent of each group supported the citizenship question on the Census. Trump might go and delay the start of the Census throughout most of 2020....making it an election year question and really dampening the potential of the Democratic party in House, Senate, and Presidential voting. I think even in California, a majority of legal voters would suggest the question should exist.

Just as Dem lawyers are advising illegals what to say when they cross the border to get into the US ... those same lawyers will tell the illegals to lie on the census ... "When asked if you are a citizen of the US, say 'yes'" ...

Is it a federal crime to lie on the census? I don't know ... but these are people who have already broken the law ... so breaking another law to remain here and collect the Dem bennies won't be an issue.

One of these days, Democrats are going to pay dearly for defying the public on issue after issue. I hope that day is. Election Day 2020!

A landslide sweep would send thrills up my spine while sending the mass majority of the fake news media into cardiac arrest.

A twofer!

Right now SCOTUS is useless. How can they possibly justify telling the federal government that they cannot ask if a person in this country is a citizen? By twisting words around and a lot of obfuscation. Roberts needs to go.

Just heard on the radio that President Trump is signing an EO putting the Citizenship Question on the 2020 Census.

You need to pay attention. Roberts told the President to strengthen up his legal arguments. Roberts wanted to insure the basis was bed rock strong so it could not be overturned by a future court.

That is in fact happening with the President’s actions

I know, I know........ you are not capable of looking ahead about anything

OKay, so citizenship and illegal immigration are lose-lose for the Democrat party but it is not necessarily a win-win for Republicans. First, they have to get beyond half-a55ed roll-outs of policies, have to do more than talk. Words are important, but actions are what matters. Currently, in my opinion, the Republicans are impotent, full of talk, somewhat like an angry Chihuahua.

And how about bad action, or risk of it? Look at the Anti-American Worker H1B legislation now being walked through Congress. Republican ranks in Congress are filled with RINOs, GOPe, and other losers that hold-back action against illegal aliens, who show their real colors by actually supporting amnesty, and even idiotic programs like increasing H1B and giving them amnesty, green cards, work permits, and paths to citizenship to cheap foreign labor at the very direct expense of American workers. 140 House Republicans and a report 20+ Senate Republicans support this injustice. Sadly, I suspect that if that anti-American worker bill passes, Trump will sign it.

My question is one I have not seen addresses anywhere by the media. Why did Obama remove the question from the census form??

And because Roberts wanted to make sure it was done right on this expedited case, so it could easily be included on the 2020 census, he waited until the last day of the Supreme Court’s 2018-19 session to release the decision?

That EO is an invitation for a law suit to bring the legally strengthened measure for SCOTUS approval

I disagree with your assessment, about Roberts and about me.

Bingo. He’s the ultimate weasel.... Compromised certainly, otherwise how can he come up with his twisted logic and include things that aren’t the essence of the issue.

e.g. Obamacare a tax. Ok to ask question, but can’t include it without going through the kabuki theater of convincing a judge.... Joker supreme

Just about every federal form you will ever see will have this statement

“ l declare under penalty of perjury (under the laws of the United States of America) that the foregoing is true and correct.”
