She was on the Chinese milk train. They start her out with providing bits of information that seems petty stuff and the rewards are great. Then, after awhile of this, they want more, pertinent information, classified FOUO and work their way up to TSSCISBI information which is detrimental to our nation’s security as well as our operatives safeties, including our military. They will even try getting her to rope another into this scheme or be exposed. Never ends. That’s how it works. Every TS classed COM specialist knows this. What she did would normally get you 10 yrs in Leavenworth.
