Not only did he “go to easy” on Epstein, he BROKE THE LAW while doing it.

He was obligated to consult with the victims prior to any plea agreement and he did not.

I have read that Epstein paid compensation to 40 women in the Acosta case, and that Acosta told the women there was insufficient evidence to charge Epstein with a federal crime.

In any event, what is happening now, involves women who claim they were abused by Epstein in the 2002-2005 period.

What was the proper solution for Acosta in 2008?

Is the U.S. Attorney supposed to publicly advertise for all unknown “victims” to come forward and file criminal complaints and civil lawsuits against Epstein?

That’s not how the law works - thank God!
