Can a judge tell the DOJ how to handle a case?It can if the DOJ doesn't raise hell about it. Somebody in the DOJ needs to make the case for enumerated powers.

The judges want to make the total final decision on what you read, eat, watch, and where you live. Plus how you worship and learn in school. And what you allowed to say and where.
Otherwise, this is a free country.

Can a judge tell the DOJ how to handle a case? If you change lawyers you generally ask for time for the new legal team come up to speed. The judge is saying that there will be no additional time.
