You’re getting to the heart of it. Flying on a plane is not illegal. Being friends with a slimebag is not illegal. Watching other people have sex with underage girls is (probably?) not illegal. Visiting Pedo Island is not illegal. And on and on.
To convict, they have to have evidence that will stand up to legal scrutiny and only time will tell whether such is available. The eyewitness testimony of the girls/women would seem to be pretty damning, but it’s got to be under oath and they’ve got to be able to withstand cross-examination by the best defense lawyers in the world.
Just saying. It’s one thing to post crap online and a whole nuther thing to build a case, prosecute it, and send the jerk to real prison. The difference is this time maybe it will get a proper test rather than being pulled by the bigwigs like the FL deal was.
