I’m 68 ... and still teach martial arts. Most of my students are just out of the service or are still in. I can still pretty much toss most 25 year olds around at will.

Sure you could probably take me apart. But would never come to that unless we were sparring. (Used to spar with a Marine combat instructor - let’s just say ouch.)
