This is the Sunday Morning Talk Show Thread Ping List! If you want to be on it, reply to this post or FReepmail me (in case I miss it). If you want to be taken off, simply send me a FReepmail.

I know some people have had some concerns with my recent editorializing of the guests and panel members of the various shows. I asked for a “show of hands” whether to stop or not, and the majority of those who voted wanted me to continue.

I will tell you this, though… As I search the bonafides of each person, I am simply dismayed at how biased they are! In no way or form are these panelists there to go over the news of the week. They are clearly there to propagandize “democrats good; orange man bad.” Week after week, show after show.

Except for Sunday Morning Futures, the vast majority of each show’s panelists are as left wing and anti-Trump as you’ll find. And I think each one of them hates us, that is, Trump supporters, given tweets and comments I’ve found that are just to vile and numerous to post.

To that end, they DESERVE all the ridicule we can give them. They may believe they’re just reporting the news, but…No, they can’t seriously believe that… They have a duty and they know it; to help their party of socialists gain supremacy over us.

Today was providence. We are starting a movement here in the Peoples Republic of Portland and every time we test it God shows his guidance on our efforts. We did the unthinkable in today’s world which is going door to door inviting people to our event at a church and once again found people where they live their lives in fear and paralysis.

Why are we afraid? We are being told every day we are outdated and without truth. We are told we are racist, sexist, homophobes if we do not adhere to the latest version of Virtue Signaling and better adhere or you will be hated. What you need is God to be front and center in your message as well as sticking with the Bible to take on this spiritual war directly. This is the last thing Satan expects or wants.

We have a group called Forests for Oregon which we have been working on for nearly two years. This is a group which is going to petition the State of Oregon to challenge the Federal gummit to relinquish their lands to the state to be sold to the people. What we are asking is the forests being managed properly as good stewardship rather than neglected and burning like we see today in our National Forests.

As part of this group effort we are putting on events for the people to bring them in to hear our message and the message of the Gospel. Our current meeting is called Freedom Day and will be held tomorrow 7/7 at a church with three WWII Veterans. These guys have incredible stories and will be talking about America as they remember it as a country which was united with a common purpose. America was country which defeated real fascists in Germany and Japan with sheer determination and will power as well as some of the greatest weapons ever invented.

They talk of a country being one people fighting a common enemy wanting to take away their freedom and everyone stood shoulder to shoulder. They speak of how it breaks their hearts today to see such division and hate for each group. They have incredible stories of the war and what it was like living not knowing if you or your best friend would be killed in an instant or would survive the day, yet with that they have great wisdom of what is important in life.

We went out today inviting people to the event and had a miraculous occurrence. Knocking on doors inviting people in the neighborhood began uneventful but as we knocked the interactions got deeper and deeper. We began telling Art Crino’s story (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IE6ht8-0DfI&t=1051s) of finding the man who was lost in the ocean and what that story meant in a personal note. We talked about the power of prayer and how God is so important to people’s lives whether they will acknowledge it or not and then it happened.

As I went from door to door and became bolder and bolder I began listening to people and their own stories. When I hit one of the final houses a man who looked like a 70’s liberal began listening to the lost Airman’s story and we began talking about him and found his wife had just died a couple months earlier and he was all alone with just him and his dog. I told him I was sorry for his loss and it must be hard. You could feel the loneliness in his voice and see the sadness in his eyes, so I gave him one of our DVD’s with the B-17 member who had just lost his wife of 71 years.

He said this was providence, but he knew it was more than that. He may come to the meeting if he gets up in time or at least listen to Jack’s story of losing his wife and being all alone. In the end he was just very happy I knocked his door and gave him something to hold onto. If he watches the video he will hear the Gospel and Salvation through God’s unending mercy. This is just the opposite of everything the world tells you and gives you a freedom you can only find through God’s forgiveness.

This is old school missionary outreach with new school techniques. Knocking doors is hard but the message is just as powerful as it was a hundred years ago. If you change one person you have changed his world for the rest of his life and potentially can be freed of the world’s seductive worship of the earth. Not only do you potentially open people to the message of Jesus Christ if it is a non-political message like inviting people to hear Veteran stories or Cop stories or First Responders, you have people hearing the Gospel and really change their lives. You may plant the seed or actually harvest fruit while sharing people’s lives and giving empathy where they most need it. The best door knocking goal with this method would be one door and saving someone.

In the old days elections were held in the fall since that was right after the harvest was in and people caught up with births, marriages and deaths while now it is just a time to be annoyed. What if we went back to then and shared with people the Truth while inviting them to church? What if the churches were filled again with event after event giving people reasons to show up to hear stories which are powerful and filled with God and the pastor making a call.

This guy who was alone and reluctantly answered the door ended the conversation with saying “providence” brought me to his door. I did not correct him and say God brought me to his door since it was random I went down that street, but he will hear the Gospel and hear God in story after story on that disk and finished with God Bless you Brother which he repeated to me.

In less than ten minutes we became brothers even though very likely we disagree with 90% of politics not that I know, but this was beyond man and straight to spiritual which we had a common union. I really care about this man and his loss and he is thankful I do care and thanked me for what we are doing.

This is how you change Portland and the country. People are exhausted and especially in a town like P-Town where you cannot say, do or look the wrong way without fear of getting your head beaten. This is the belly of the beast where the latest Virtue Signal is doxology and must be adhered to fundamentally or you could lose your career, home and life. People have to be looking for a better way to be good.

This goes around all of that and directly to people’s lives where they can discuss real things to real people. People who think like you can be reaffirmed and those who don’t can be listened to while having their blindfolds removed and ankles unlocked. This is a simple way to spread the Gospel and share God’s love without beating people over the heads with Bibles or preaching to them and being pushed away. One tattooed guy was right along with me as he heard about God until I mentioned prayer and then he said he had to go, but he heard.

America, we need to spread the word outside our own camps and this is a way to do it. There was some resistance with the Betsy Ross manufactured controversy, but people still love our WWII Vets and this was a simple invitation to invite them to say thank you to them one last time. Nobody is offended by that and in a few instances the conversations became real and lives were touched. This is the way to expand the message and change the hatred.

This is more than providence; this is God working. His way is to talk and not yell which is the way to change hearts and lives. This is God’s way of leading us into the fields.

PENCE CALLED BACK TO WHITE HOUSE

As of this writing, nobody knows why. But VP Pence was on his way to New Hampshire to give a speech. He was called back to the White House “for an emergency” and the NH event was cancelled.

As of this writing this happened a little before noon. As I type it is 2:26 pm. So for two hours Pence has been at the White House and no explanation has been given.

I think this is very odd.

Is this fake news?

Is President Trump ok? Why would they call Pence back, back from an event known to be scheduled?

At any rate, the most prevalent scuttlebutt is that it has something to do with an angry Europe and Iran.

Again, I must ask….why Pence?

ANTIFA THUGS ATTACK JOURNALIST BECAUSE WELL, THEY’RE ALLOWED

They beat the hell out of an innocent journalist covering the mob in Portland Oregon, that city with the wonderful mayor who had the police stand down as innocent people are beat up.

Next time it will be one of us.

Given enough of this crap and soon we will have a civil war.

Time for a little POLITICAL MISCELLANY

NIKE

That awful football player who began the practice of refusing to stand during the National Anthem, Colin Kopernick, has protested to sneaker maker Nike about their plan to roll out a new shoe featuring, heaven forbid, an American flag.

What an awful person. He couldn’t play football. He has no loyalty to the country that treated him well. He’s ugly. He almost ruined the beloved American sport of football.

Now he tells Nike how to run their business?

And they let him?

All day I’ve been reading on social media that Nike will not be a merchant for many people.

I think Nike’s going to change its mind. Or else stay loyal to the wonderful, loving and admirable Colin Kopernick.

DRINKING OUT OF TOILETS

Now as for this silly notion of drinking out of toilets at border facilities.

I think Alexandria dumb-woman-with-a-lot-names misunderstood the descriptions given to her by people who didn’t speak very good English.

I don’t, nor didn’t, know the story of Eddie Gallagher, who was recently on trial for killing an ISIS fighter.

The story is that Gallagher deliberately killed the teenage fighter but the big surprise during the trial was the confession of a first class Special Warfare operator to have really killed the ISIS fighter by cutting off his air supply AFTER Gallagher stabbed him.

Gallagher, 40, was accused of stabbing an injured teenage ISIS fighter to death and of shooting at civilians during a deployment to Iraq in 2017. Seven members of Gallagher’s own platoon leveled the accusations against him, describing him as a reckless murderer who failed to distinguish between civilians and the enemy.

This is an odd story. First, what the hell is with the prosecutors in this case? They didn’t know who actually ended the life of this ISIS turd?

Because Gallagher stabbed the guy, well that action didn’t kill the teenager. Gallagher’s own man said he stopped the kid from breathing.

The prosecutors didn’t know this?

At any rate, I have concerns about putting our military on trial although I know there has to be some way to keep soldiers under control.

This story of Eddie Gallagher is very strange.

And President Trump was considering giving him a pardon!

Again, I am just not sure.

He is a congress critter from Grand Rapids, Michigan and he is Republican.

He is the only Republican to call for the impeachment of Donald Trump.

He has resigned. I’m thinking he had a little encouragement from the Republican party.

THANKING NIKE FOR GIVING US COLIN KAEPERNICK

I would like to personally thank the wonderful and very intelligent folks at Nike for appointing the marvelous Colin Kaepernick in charge of our culture and taste in shoes.

He is such a successful soul, plays football very well, kneels when required. He is to be hailed as our new leader with his exquisite taste and pushing away anything American as evil.

Us silly people across these fruity plains could not do without good ole Colin as our leader and Nike as the force behind.

I want to thank Nike for its marvelous shoes and great taste in people.

America couldn’t do it without you.

JULY 4 MASS

The fourth of July is NOT a Catholic holy day of obligation but I went to mass anyway. First, I live near the ocean and anyone who lives near the ocean knows that oceans brings tourists. Add to it that it is in the 90’s here, drawing more tourists and making me want to go and get back home quickly.

My priest is known far and wide as being very patriotic and masses on American holidays always involve the presentation of the flag, the pledge of allegiance and the singing of patriotic songs. Well call him our Tea Party priest. Well, I do at any rate.

Review Toy Story 4

It is a tradition in my household that when granddaughter visits, we go a movie together. Now she's 15 years old and tends to like scary movies but I asked her what she wanted to see and she said, without hesitation, "Toy Story 4".

Now I've never seen Toy Story 1, 2 or 3 but by all accounts, it's a great animation movie and hey, I was game.

As an aside, granddaughter has been planning attendance at another movie upon her return home. She wants to see "Annabelle", which is a creepy horror film. I suspect she didn't want Mom-Mom to see a scary film OR she didn't think I'd want to go.

THE STORY: Sheriff Woody (voiced by Tom Hanks) is trying his best to adjust to life with Bonnie (Madeleine McGraw) - the little girl who inherited Andy's beloved childhood toys at the end of Toy Story 3. Even though he's forgotten more often than not, Woody remains intensely focused on Bonnie and her happiness.

This means going into full babysitter/bodyguard mode when Bonnie creates Forky (Tony Hale), a spork with twists of wire for hands and clumsy wooden popsicle sticks for feet. As Woody tries to keep the trash-oriented Forky safe, he's swept into an accidental adventure - one in which he meets old friends and learns new truths about who he is and who he has yet to be.

I've never went to an animated film in which at least one character resembled somebody famous. In the case of "Toy Story 4" it was a character named Gabby Gabby who looked exactly like Katy Perry.

First, the very best thing about the movie….the animation.

Yes great characters, great drawing, great animation. Of course it's by Pixar, master of such things.

Now we discuss what wasn't so good about the movie….I thought it boring.

Further, while the toy characters were intriguing, to include an astronaut, Little Bo Peep and all her sheep, a Sheriff and other characters that intrigue…what the heck is it with that fork toy?

It seems that the main child character went to Kindergarten for the first time and created her first toy.

It involved a plastic fork that Bonnie (the girl child main character) created during her first school day. She affixed ugly fake eyes to the eyes, some kind of string for the mouth. It was cute for a kindergartener but hardly any sort of "toy" a child would lust over.

The premise of the movie is that the fork toy continues to dive into any close by trash cans because, well the fork thought it was trash, NOT a toy.

One more thing, don't bother with the 3D stuff. The animation is fine without it and not worth the extra money.

Amazing Race Winners

I did quite enjoy the Amazing Race this year but damn they do go to some strange countries.

Latvia?

The winners, Colin and Christie, surprised me.

At one point, when the contenders were expected to interpret some kind of code, Christie got so messed up that I thought that team would lose immediately.

The teams consisted of contenders from prior Amazing Races (the Afghanimals from TWO prior contests), Big Brother and other reality shows.

The one detour involved a choice between a ride around London and memorizing details of the trip. The other choice had the team rowing some kind of little kayak type of thing that had them ALL falling into the water.

I watched this road block with amazement. The trip around London had something like 14 streets and sights to be memorized, this without recording or taking notes. And that kayak thing was brutal.

I bet it took all day for those teams to finish one thing on the road block.

One suggestion for Amazing Race….and all other reality shows.

Seems I have been banned by disqus. Can't tell who did it. Either Gateway or American Thinker(AT had been going downhill for weeks now,fewer posts so many rules you cant keep up with them all and all the good posters leaving anyway),hard to tell.I'm not very computer savvy so it's not hard to fool me with what actually happened.
Seems my nasty ways of doing long term research on topics and than printing them on websites until they get traction have gotten me banned.It might be a week, might be permanent either way I don't really care. I have way too much work to do anyway. I dared take on some people that probably have a heck of a lot more access to getting things done than I do and next thing you know I'm a spammer,who knew?
Long story short AB keep doing what you are doing,if you do get banned wear it as a badge of honor as I do.

Hi bud.You write a lot of columns week after week. They are always timely and have a level of wisdom in them that is seldom seen.

Today's is one of the best of the best.You show that in the end we all come back to things that count. I’ll name some names I heard but first, my understanding is that Epstein, friend and purveyor of young women to famous people, was given a light sentence some years ago in a trial headed up by...BOB MUELLER!!!!

I hear Bill Clinton is a fave of Epstein. Also, get this, saw this name many times....Dershowitz, that lawyer guy currently on Trump’s side. Seems he likes young girls.

This is all rumor understand but for years I been reading these names.

PDJT will need strong offense and hit back with what in my son’s Smash Brothers video gaming, call, an “upsmash”. The hit back has to be so hard that it deflects all thoughts of PDJT at PedoIsland, to all of them there like Podestas, Clintons, Dershowitz, whomever but him. PDJT needs to stick with one trip and got outta there quickly like he said.

The Left will be made to rue the day they went there.

If Hannity, however, says tick tock, then we know this amounts to nothing.

I read recently that Dershowitz said he would be “enthusiastically voting for Biden” if he gets the nomination in 2020. That doesn’t sound like he’s on Trumps side to me.

I don’t mean to assert that Dershowitz is a buddy of Trump, he says all the time that he voted for Hillary.

That right there tells me what an idiot he is.

But he’s been on Fox of late narrating all this about FISA and all that.

Fourth of July and the President's rally was a truly phenomenal event! His speech was so good it should be historical.Even the hard lefties had a tough time coming down on it. Best they could do were a few lies one that no one was there,just a million or so,these guys lie like I have never seen.
