The housing bubble didn’t supply blacks with housing since they defaults on their loans. Fact is, buying blacks housing won’t help wince they trashed all public housing.

There’s a huge McMansion development behind the local WalMart strip mall that *was* pricey houses but after the crash, became mostly Section 8.
The houses have 20 foot ceilings with crystal chandeliers dangling over the formal foyers.
And lots of pit bulls.
