I'd'a told the complaining customer they wouldn't have to put up with this crap again .... they were barred from my store.
The complainant should have been asked to leave. That would be appropriate.
When I see a police officer or two anywhere, I thank them for what they do...
They work 12 hour shifts with a 15 minute lunch break if they’re lucky.
