There is no First Amendment in Scotland. Were this to happen in the USA, there would be a different result.
There was a time when it was just girls and boys, with sub-societal classifications of tomboy and sissy (now offensive); girls who had some boyish qualities and boys who had some girly qualities. I guess people didn’t feel special enough and wanted their own personal classifications.
Until I start seeing serious testing results regarding brain chemistry, hormone levels, and neurological analysis or some other scientific evidence that shows proof of transgenderism in those who were otherwise born normal, it’s a non-starter. It doesn’t fit biology.
