How do you avoid interviewing the person?
It’s hard but you can train yourself to read a resume and 99 times out of a hundred put it down just by certain facts jumping off the page at you that of course we can’t discuss here in this forum.
That said, I’ve always been under a hundred on employees at any one time so I have never got much attention from disgruntled folks...…….thankfully.
Around here, employer’s are desperate at the moment. Not very many good resumes coming in the door.
