The reason you see all of the paper on the floor is because these third worlder’s don’t know to flush their used toilet paper!

See, back home, their delapitated systems can’t handle paper.

I see signs in our Buc-ees (wonderful, known for sparkling clean facilities, rest stops, in TX) en español, begging these folks to PLEASE FLUSH USED TOILET PAPER, DO NOT PUT IN TRASH CAN.
