Homelessness?

Actually it started when Obama became president.

The first wave was the Democrat Occupy derelicts who took up one of our public parks and the City could do absolutely nothing about it because the ACLU kept on suing every time they tried to remove them or arrest them.

After several months of this, the rest of the scum, derelicts and drug addicts realized the government had no power to enforce any of its laws on vagrancy, panhandling, crapping on the sidewalk, or anything else.

Now we have thousands of the walking dead all over the place.

Pretty much agree though I’ll say it started under W’s last term. Last half of his last term, especially.

Let’s face it - between W and Barack, they bankrupted the country and made it virtually impossible to recover.

Unless magic Trillion Dollar coins rain down from space. And even then, what would they be backed by?
