I thought that the Europeans still had a deal with Iraq? Is Iraq giving the Euros the finger?
Looks that way, but on one hand the Iranians probably planned to violate the deal all along and on the other, the Euros (at least some of them) are happy for the Iranians to have an A-bomb.
