Hmmmm.. what’s to stop legions of Freepers from privately acquiring some baby gators and surreptitiously releasing them into the river... hmmmmm...
Nature’s (God’s?) way of telling them do not come across. Better plans for them if they stay in their own country and fight for their freedoms instead of leeching off others (tax payers) or stealing etc in the USA.
It would not be difficult.
Baby gators are pretty easy to catch and transport.
One car or SUV could carry dozens at a time very safely..........
Sadly, cottonmouths generally do not bite in the water. And the place is already up to its eyebrows with rattlesnakes.
Snapping turtles might work well.
Great minds think alike. Enlist all the animal rights and environmental wackos. We could shut down the illegals by screaming they are killing the animals and damaging the habitat of some yet unknown mouse or rodent in the desert. All we need is a little fake science like the global warming nuts.
